Payment:

 

I accept all major credit cards, and paypal (please email me for specifics regarding payment with paypal).  i will begin production on your order once I receive payment.  please keep in mind most items are made-to-order and are shipped within 5-7 business days. 



Shipping:

your item(s) will ship within 5-7 business days from your purchase / payment date. if you need a rush order, please contact me and I will see what I can do.  please keep in mind most items are made-to-order. 

I will ship your item to the address you list during check out.  please make sure to let me know if I should ship to another address.  I cannot be responsible for buyers' errors.  for instance, if your item is shipped to an invalid address.  please make sure that your preferred address is up to date. 

for domestic shipments, I ship via USPS Priority with insurance and tracking.  if you would like expedited shipping (Overnight, Next Day, etc), please let me know and I will change your invoice.  if you need an alternative (UPS, Fedex, DHL) please contact me and we will discuss the best option for you. 

I do ship internationally, but there are a few things you should know.  once the package leaves the United States, there can be as long as 2-3 weeks lag time until your package is delivered.  for international shipments I cannot offer insurance or tracking standard, as it is tremendously expensive. 

the recipient (that's you) is responsible for any and all customs or duties due on the package.  I have no control over this extra cost.  packages will be marked Merchandise and subject to proper taxes and duties as such. 

 


Returns & Exchanges:

please note,, I cannot except exchanges or refunds on custom orders. 

if you are not completely satisfied with your purchase, I am happy to offer an exchange, repair, replacement or refund on any item(s), excluding custom orders, within 15 days of shipping.  please contact me to let me know you would like to request an exchange, repair, replacement or refund and I will provide the appropriate shipping address.  at this time there are no refunds on shipping / handling charges. 

if you purchased your item from one of my stockists, please contact them directly for return information. 

when returning your package, please include the following: 

-unused item(s) in original condition

-a copy of the original invoice

-please let me know the reason for your exchange or refund.  I want to provide the best possible product to my customers. 

please use well protected, waterproof packaging for your return.  I am not responsible for lost or damaged items during return shipping.
